Rap-a-lot!

Someone on the hollerboard said that his jay-z verse "beats anything he's heard off of kingdom come so far." I agree. Shit looks bleak.

Hell Hath No Fury

The Internet (or at least the part of the internet that Mark and I inhabit) is going nuts about the forthcoming Clipse album. Many tracks as well as a Green Lantern-hosted "this is not a mixtape" sampler/teaser have leaked, in additon to 2 of the hottest singles of the year (Mr. Me Too and Wamp Wamp (What it do). The album also got the coveted XXL ranking in this month's XXL magazine.

This track, however, is on some next level ish. Produced by The Neptunes, it has Timbaland-style fade-in synths, but with hot neptunes style drums including... more cowbell! The chorus has this haunting chopped-up singing which must be done by Pharrell but sounds nothing like him. Who knew rapping about dealing crack could be so beautiful?
